Gail Hudson's career begin when she was just a child working under the tutelage of her grandmother Reitha Mae Nixon, who owned her own salon in Brunswick, Ga. After working on family and friends hair, Gail moved to Atlanta in 1980. She worked as an apprentice under Carol Morrow of the esteemed Escape Hair Salon.

After just one year as an apprentice, Gail earned a full time professional chair in the salon. In an effort to broaden her exposure and client base, Gail initiated a photo shoot overseeing hair, makeup, and wardrobe. The photos were sent to Jocelyn T Amador, editor of Black Sophisticates Magazine. They were published in the following issue gracing four full pages.

Hudson soon became one of America's most sought after hairdressers, working with actresses, models, celebrities, socialites and executives. To say the least Hudson has earned the title "Master Extensionist". Independently and collaboratively she has enhanced and developed beautiful images on some of today's biggest stars. She's worked with Mary J Blige, Monica, TLC, Deborah Cox, Beyonce, Faith Evans, Melanie Fiona, Kim Porter, Cynthia Bailey, NeNe Leakes, Alicia Keys, Tyra Banks, just to name a few. Hudson will leverage her credibility and name recognition to quickly gain market penetration. 

Hudson has toured the world and traveled nationally and internationally with top celebrities. She has created numerous trend-setting hairstyles, branding her name early on. 

Her work has appeared on America's Next Top Model, BET, MTV, VH1, Desperate Housewives, the Grammy's. The People's Choice Awards, Monique's Fat Chance, Real Housewives of Atlanta, and more. She has a large collection of magazine covers, album covers that include: Vogue, People Magazine, Essence, YM, Teen Vogue, Sophisticated Black Hair, Hype Hair, Kontrol, and Seventeen.
